We've visited periodically through the revolving door of owners since the OG owners sold the place. We were last there on Thursday night and once again it was a whole new staff and owners. They've done away with the huge selection of martinis that made Elements special. We were hoping to take advantage of Happy Hour only to be told it was $2 off drinks only, not food. The appetizer section was small and limited to mostly seafood. We ended up ordering the fried calamari which was tender and not overly greasy. I had the NY Strip Steak and hubby had the Chicken Parmesan. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out more rare than medium but I'm not overly picky so that was fine. The sides were mashed potatoes with vegetables. Good, but nothing spectacular. The Hub's Chicken Parm was overcooked and he didn't enjoy it. I tried ordering sangria from their new limited drink menu and was told they were out so I had the house Merlot since you usually can't go wrong with that. Hubby had some sort of vodka drink that he said was just \"meh\" and that not strong. The cannoli we had for dinner was pretty good. All in all it was an ok meal but nothing compared to the original. I just think we're over the constant turnaround of ownership and that was probably our last time going. We'll always remember the good times, Elements!"^^ . "0"^^ . "3"^^ . . .
