Art I guess is no longer there the guy I dealt with was Joe. I explained that the AC on the drivers side was not blowing cold air just the drivers side. I bought an extended warranty when I bought the 2010 Lincoln MKZ 3 months ago. He said they took the warranty I had and would check it out. I was having coffee after 2 hours waiting across the parking lot. He comes over and says. They are not going to cover this under the warranty ...so it's $550.00 ok ???? ya wanna go ahead and get it done?? What??? No I said I want to call the warranty place and guess what ??? They don't cover the hoses!! Surprise Surprise! So i said no I don't want to have you do it let me think about it. He said ok then you owe me $120.00 for looking at it. I asked what exactly he did..he said they said it was leaking Freon so they drained all the Freon out. What? Leak? Drained it all out? Did not make sense at all and he had an attitude to boot. So I paid $120.00 for What?? Now it doesn't blow ANY Cold air out at all. When I went further in my questions he said they couldn't charge it and it might be something else??? So for $550.00 he wanted to charge me is a guess? Really??? Sound confusing? It is and it was. Not going back again and would never recommend them."^^ . . "0"^^ .
