For the 1st appt, she was a running a little late...ok...no big deal...I waited patiently and she apologized. But for my 2nd appt for my fill, I received a text from Ashley stating....\n\n\"Hey\" 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPT TIME!\nI replied with \"Hey\" and then \"300 still?\" (as I guess I was supposed to read her mind on what \"Hey\" meant.)\n\nAshley-2:53pm \"I'm running behind can we push it back\" \nMe-2:54pm \"Sure. What time?\" (I decide to just go there since I had already left work early and didn't know what time she wanted to \"push it back\" to. Little did I know she would not respond for OVER 1 HOUR!)\nMe- 3:34pm \"Here\"\nMe-4:05pm -\"Hello? I have a 1 year old I have to pick up by 5pm\" \n\nNOTHING......NO APOLOGY....NO EXCUSE.....NO RESPONSE......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....I had already paid for the Groupon Voucher for a full set and 1 fill. I guess she got her money for the full set and didn't care about showing up to do the fill, even though it was supposed to be included and I tipped appropriately for the 1st visit....BE WARNED....."^^ . . .
