Showed up for my appt. and had wrong type of extensions.  I didn't  realize this until I washed my hair and they didn't blend at all.  Also, the extensions were dry and knotted all the time even with all the products that had to be used on her extensions.  I called her and she just said just use mouse on the extensions.  She didn't try to make it right on any level.  I went to another salon which I paid half the price and they were wavy soft and didn't knot.
