"Sears Auto Ctr manager and staff here need a lot more training. Do not entrust your car to them. \nI checked in my Honda minivan with wiggling steering wheel and tires, after I accidentally hit the curb and went up the sidewalk last week. \nWhen I checked out my van at the end of the day IT WAS WORSE THAN BEFORE, after spending $330 for alignment and ball joint replacement.\nViolently wiggling. Unsafe to drive. I carefully drove it back to their shop. \n\"Why are you giving me an unsafe car to drive home?\", I asked. It's obvious nobody test drove it! It's way worse than before!\nThey said because my wheels are bent and dented, causing the violent wiggling.\nI never knew that until I found out myself driving on the road. I expected a safe, smooth-driving car turned over to me!\nThere were arguments. But it was useless talking to these kids. \nI drove my van slowly to Honda the next day. Changed front tires, rechecked the suspension, test drove it. Fine.\nAnd I live happily everafter.\n(Don't use Sears Auto service. They will give you a headache! ...If not kill you! )\n\nPS: The manager was also trying to convince me to have my front struts assembly replaced too (at a discount) \nHonda checked it. Whoaa! There was nothing wrong with the struts! Ha ha!"^^ . . "2015-11-12T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . .
