I called today, October 31, 2017 at 3:30 p.m to verify that I could use my \"$10 reward\" in conjunction with their special. Please see my attached photos ( a text message from Medizin and proof that I called at 3:30 p.m.). \n\nHowever, when I entered Medizin and was ready to check out, I was told that I could not use my $10 reward in conjunction with the promotion they had going on, which was 40% off all Medizin branded marijuana. Clearly, I was disgruntled. Not only was I treated as a low priority customer, but I was adversely affected by Medizin's false advertisement/lying. I ended up purchasing the eighth anyways (because its Halloween and was on a time schedule) but will not be returning. \n\nAt Essence (W. Tropicana) and The Dispensary (Trop. & Decatur) down the street, a medical customer is allowed to use rewards with promotions. \nI have read several negative reviews about Medizin and did not understand why, now I do.
