Never a phone call to cancel,  just does not show up. I think they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, Which I will on Monday and possibly call 3 On Your Sides Gary Harper.\nUPDATE :After receiving a message from owner Thomas and letting him know 2 weeks after his message we still had not heard from anyone, a manager finally got in touch with my husband.
