Ridiculous. I came here for a 9:15 am appointment, as of 10:20am I was still not seen. No apologies nothing. I was attempting to reschedule and all I got was attitude. People plan their medical visits and take time off from work but clearly that's not something that the staff here cares about.\n\n\nWent back for an appointment only because they were the only ones that had any openings and it was exactly the same experience as the first time. Front desk girl (who was new) was extremely nice, that I will say. She checked me in and collected my copay. Now my appointment was at 1:45pm and I got there at 1:15. I got there and did all my paperwork and was just waiting to be seen. The girl who works there with the glasses is by far the worst employee there. I believe she is the ring leader for all the mess that is happening there. She always looks angry and acts like she is being inconvenienced every time she is asked a question. Within 10 minutes of my arrival the girl with the glasses starts gossiping with the other employee which is extremely unprofessional. After waiting until 2:10 I was pulled to the back and told that my doctor had to leave so I need to reschedule. (Come to find out the front desk girls were gossiping about the doctor not being there) Instead of being professional and calling the patients up one at a time the moment they knew the doctor wouldn't be there they have people sit there for additional time while they gossip.) Once I was told I had to reschedule I was like seriously this is the 2nd time. So the lady says she's going to look at other locations. She comes back and let's me know that there is an opening over at their location on rainbow. I head over there and I'm seen in a timely manner. Now I had taken time off of work to get some important health matters taken care of. When I arrive at the second location I'm told that only one concern can be addressed as the lady seeing me is a RN and can't do everything that the doctor can do. If I wanted my other concerns addressed i would have to reschedule another appointment. Now why would you send me somewhere that could not address all my concerns ? This is ridiculous. People make plans to see the doctor take time off from work and travel over to the location only to be let down each time. This place is horrible. I have never experienced such poor service especially when it comes to healthcare. Now i have to request more time off set another appointment and I'm sure they will try to charge another copay and for what? You guys are playing with peoples health here and it's not cool. This review is for anyone thinking of going there DO NOT DO IT!!! The staff there could really care less about the horrible reviews they receive. I hope one day someone in upper management for the wellness group actually reads this and some changes are made."^^ . "0"^^ . .
