While most of the doctors here are good, the supporting structure around them is in need of change. \n\nI had hoped that the frustrating situation in 2016 would have been corrected by now. That was left a few messages for the Scheduling department to call me back so I could schedule with them as their online scheduling system was terrible. After a week of no call backs, I had to call and ask to speak with the office manager at the time. She worked it out to finally get into see one of the doctors but with a week gone by; my ailment still had not been taken care of. \n\nJust this week (Tuesday) I called again for another issue and was on hold for 25 min after their online Scheduling showed zero appointments available for weeks with any doctor. I waited, and waited and waited. Finally I hung up and called back thinking maybe a phone issue had occurred. I waited another 15 min and was eventually put to voicemail where I left a message for the scheduler. \n\nIt is now Friday morning and have yet to receive a call back.
