"In a nutshell: Donna Dolphy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not give me the hairstyle I asked for. Her daughter did my highlights, leaving my hair dry and damaged.\n\nThe story: I politely rejected the hairstyle Donna suggested. I agreed with her that it was a good cut for my face but I'd grown tired of as I'd had it for ten years prior to my most recent cut. I showed her photos of what I wanted which was an easy cut, popular for the last 3-4 years. She became angry. Not overtly angry, but it was still very obvious, very diva-like. When it came time for her to cut my hair she was so passive-aggressive. She quickly snipped at my hair while repeating over and over, \"Is this what you want?\" or \"Is this right?\" Not being a hairstylist, I did not know how to direct her and just kept showing her the photos. When I thought the style approximated what I wanted -- which she made me decide as if she really didn't know -- she combed my wet hair flat and unflatteringly and said, \"Well, there's the hair cut you wanted.\" What a meany!\n\nNow I could cry every time I do my hair, it looks so bad and choppy -- I look very manly, very butch. Parlour Salon (Ossington) had done essentially the same cut and colour previously (which I did not mention to Donna) but the results were so flattering I received compliments for months after it was done.\n\nI tested both salons using Buytopia receipts. There's a clear winner here and it isn't Donna Disagreeable!"^^ . . "2"^^ . "10"^^ . "2013-09-20T00:00:00"^^ . . "1"^^ . "1"^^ . .
