I called this afternoon to ask about a dry styling appointment, and the front desk staff were nothing but professional and accommodating, so I had high hopes for the appointment. Unfortunately, it became apparent upon checking in that my stylist, Stephanie, wasn't thrilled to have a last minute appointment scheduled (although, they called to ask me to come in earlier because she had a cancellation...you'd think she'd be glad to have a client at all). Throughout the entire appointment, I felt like I was bothering the stylist. She barely said two words to me, and I don't feel like she took the time to understand what it was I wanted done. I ended up with a mediocre style, and was SHOCKED to find out that I was charged $40 for a style when I was quoted $25. That's a pretty big discrepancy and had I known this, I would not have booked. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he replied was that I must have misunderstood -- not in a professional tone, in a very condescending manner. Unless you already have an established relationship with a stylist at Moments, I would skip it altogether. You can get much better service elsewhere."^^ . "0"^^ . .
