When I talked to him on the phone to schedule a pick-up, he interrupted me before I can finish my sentence. He asked me about my employment information and what car do I own. Excuses me? I am not applying for a loan here, I do not have to disclose this information in order to rent a car. You can ask, but when your guest decline to disclose that information, you don's continue push to ask. He got very defensive and told me it is the standard procedure, I will HAVE to give him the information to get the car. The computer system won't bypass it. \n\nAfter we walked the car, I have clearly indicated that I only have 30 mins left before work and I am not even dressed, I will decline all the protection because my credit card offers full coverage. He still insisted on going through every single protection plans. After I had to stop him and tell him again I am not going to take anything, he got a very cold and angry face and shove the agreement in my face and asked me to sign. The whole experience was just horrible. I have been renting from enterprise for years for their affordable price and good service.
