Nice staff, greeted well and offered something to drink. The nail tech was cordial and I enjoyed our conversation. She was thorough! Spent a long time and the quality of the work was good. Nothing spectacular but worth 4 stars.\nThe nail area appears to be an afterthought. The hair, eyebrow and facial areas have some stylish chairs and state of the art equipment. The pedicure station was so uncomfortable. The chair wouldn't recline and I spent most of the time trying to find a sitting position that wasn't painful.\nLast, and the main reason for three stars is the place could use an overall deep cleaning. I can overlook a lot but hygiene in a nail salon isn't negotiable. From the reception area couches to the nail dryer there is considerable room for better cleanliness. \nSo in short, staff and service 4 stars. Cleanliness and hygiene 2 stars. Final grade... 3 stars. For the hygiene reason only I won't be back. Still looking for the salon that can be like Polished before they got too big for their own good."^^ .
