However, I stand by my one star review for this location and this location only. I came in as I was having some problems with my phone. I purchased the full warranty so if anything ever goes wrong, they'll fix my phone (of course, if your phone is fully non-functional, they have to send out a new one. Be prepared to wait a few days, of course, with a phone that's non-functional. Good luck!). \n\nThe person who waited on me barely looked at my phone, then said they couldn't fix it as they aren't a service center. That's fine, and I have no issue with that. I asked where the nearest one was (as I was new the area at the time - and I was the ONLY customer in the store). He said he had no idea and I could look it up on my (NON FUNCTIONAL) phone. Thanks, buddy. Then he said I probably needed a new phone and proceeded to try to get me to buy one. Why would I buy one if I pay monthly for a warranty? Oh, and he said I couldn't try to get my phone repaired or replaced there - but I could buy a new phone."^^ .
