"I decided to give my niece an option between Churn which I always get excellent service from. Upon walking In we weren't greeted at all. 2 mins later more people walked in and immediately they were greeted. \n\nAfter we ordered, and I started noticing that everyone who walked in after us had received there orders. And it wasn't just 1 or 2 people who got there orders it was at least 10 people. \n\nThey noticed my niece and I were still standing there waiting and asked what we ordered. I couldn't believe it... the guy there wearing the only brown shirt said they lost our ticket, and thankfully I have my receipt gave it to them. He didn't even apologize to us. I have never been so embarrassed in front of all the customers who received there orders before us.Unfortunately for you I updated your 5 star review I did on first visit to one star. Horrible customer service. \n\nNext time you see a customer standing around for more than 5 mins ask them if they received there order, better yet apologize first for your mistake. Don't just look at the customer and say \" what was your order?\" Wrong and first mistake.
