My Miso Ramen came out cold. Nothing is worse than cold broth.\n\nPosh ramen is not authentic.  It seems rather their interpretation of ramen. $12/bowl of ramen is not cheap. \n\nService was slow, unfriendly & inattentive.  I wonder if this kind of service is offered with Omakase dinner course menu that I heard usually run $400+ for a couple. \n\nI really do not get what the hype is all about.
