It's gelato and it would be 5 stars even if it was not in an airport environment.  \n\nWe got the medium size and I was impressed that the employee was able to pack in 4 flavors: Sea Salt Caramel, Root Beer Float, Cheesecake, and French Vanilla Bean.  All 4 of the flavors were fantastic.
