"I am a BIG fan of liquid nitrogen. I've seen people (chefs) used it in competitive cooking shows on the Food Network and I've had it added onto food whether it's garnish or a quick instant dessert so it's nothing new to me. Even though Nice Cream has been around for awhile I recently just discovered it from my girlfriend and I got excited so we decided to check it out.\n\nFor those who doesn't know what liquid nitrogen is, it is basically a colourless clear liquid that is used in preparation of frozen desserts. Liquid nitrogen rapidly chills the dessert by forming smaller ice crystals which provides the dessert with a smooth creamy texture.\n\nNice Cream is located minutes away from Grey Eagle Casino and is tucked away in a small building besides Pho Express with Sushi Hanami, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut. For those who want to go restaurant hopping or want to get an entr\u00E9e then dessert, this will be your ideal go-to.\n\nThere's a lot of people who would compare Nice Cream to Village or to any other ice cream parlours in Calgary but to me hands down Nice Cream would take the prize. To me instant ice cream tops homemade and already frozen ice cream, plus the smooth creamy texture is also a plus. Let alone they mix the ice cream in front of you and it's actually fun to watch, unless that's just me.\n\nAlthough there is limited seating and parking, that shouldn't stop you from visiting during peak and the summer time.
