I came in a few minutes later than my friend and after waiting for 15 mins, I asked whether I was going to wait much longer. The receptionist told me there's only one technician and that I would have to wait til 2.30ish. NO ONE bothered to tell us that our appointments were after another. Who in the right mind would wait 1 fckg hour for any sort of appointment?
