I'd have been better off shopping online but I needed it for the next morning.\n\nFirst off I used their convenient reservation service so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. Not so convenient. Still had to wait. Almost 2 hours!\n\nEverything was going smoothly. I walked in was directed to pick ups and was ready to grab my laptop, go look for a case and head to cash. But they weren't ready to let that thing out of their sight. They spent five minutes figuring out who was going to cash me out without even bothering to ask if I needed anything else. Once they decided on a cashier, I informed her that I needed a case. She called another person to help me pick it out.\n\nThe cases. Oh geez. What a mess! No prices on anything, some of them missing labels, and all of them in the wrong place. I had to keep waiting for the girl to scan them for me to figure out prices...you know after she was done helping all the other frustrated customers.\n\nAn hour later...I'm not exaggerating...I finally made it back to the pick up area where I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes to be cashed out. While this was happening she asked me if I wanted Microsoft office.\n\nSure, I said. Why did I say that? I could have just gotten it online. \n\nThe cashier went off to find it and 10 minutes later I was finally checked out. After all of that I need to show some guy at the exit my receipt. \n\nIt was my son reading the Microsoft office card that really put me over the edge. \n\nMom, what's PC. What does it mean by one PC.\n\nAre you kidding? After the big hassle to buy the MacBook she sells me PC software.\n\nIt seems at this location they are more worried about security than customer service. If I wasn't so desperate I would have walked out and gone to another location or the Apple Store for that matter. I won't be back. Ever."^^ .
