Peking duck quesadilla was a great spicy starter; followed by the bacon wrapped quail egg skewer...excellent! The Tamari roll was wonderful, with incredibly fresh fish, topped with fresh scallops. The chicken lemongrass empanadas were really unique, and tasted great. I also ordered the TNT roll which was everything but the kitchen sink and very, very good! Stu and Matt, our own personal sushi chefs were fantastic and clearly talented in their skills. Lastly, the tuna nigiri was unbelievable, sweet and buttery. The fish here is as fresh as you'll find anywhere. \n\nI will definitely come back the next time I visit Pittsburgh! Oh, p.s. the variety of food on the menu was really extensive. I have never eaten at a Latin American Sushi bar before!"^^ . . . "0"^^ . .
