Why?\nWell after two trips into the store, I have come out without a replacement charger for my MacBook. \nThe first visit the store was swamped. A typical weekend. So instead of waiting forever to check out, my husband and I decided to come back during the week. No prob.\nThis evening we walk into the store super pleased to see very few customers in the store.\nBeyond being greeted at the door, I walked right up to the product I needed, and walked toward the empty Genius Bar to purchase the charger. And then we waited. And waited. After making eye contact with multiple employees & fellow patrons noticing how ridiculous it was, we both left. \n\nI will not return to the store. I've owned Macs since 1999. The customer service is pretty nonexistent for the amount of employees \"working\" the floor."^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ .
