. "I will NEVER buy from this store again, neither will my friends and family.....I bought my couch, dinning room table and living room table at the Ray Rd location. My problem is not with the salesmen, its the warranty they talk you into that they wont cover when it comes time. I has issues a year ago with the cushion on the armrest that lost all of its firmness. Customer service told me that being it was a cushion, it was definitely covered. They came out and filled up my arm cushion that was satisfactory at that time. It is now a year later and the armrest is completely flat again. Im pretty sure I wont buy this brand again as I was gone on military duty for 1/2 of the warranty time and the arm cushion needs replaced twice along with the recliner release went bad and now one of the seats is faded. So I called the warranty department before it ran out and asked them to come out again to replace or fill the cushion that has gone bad again. I talked to a service agent and supervisor and they refuse to send anybody out. They said it only meant a full cushion replacement on where you sit, not the arm cushion. The only thing it says in the warranty is that they would replace cushions, it did NOT say that arm cushion is NOT covered. The supervisor said that they couldn't replace the arm CUSHION because it was a different material than what the seat CUSHION is made of. Well, I don't really care what its made of....when the warranty says CUSHION, it means any Cushion. For the amount of money I have spent, what my parents have spent, NONE of us will ever step foot in that store again and I will always steer anybody that will listen, away from this place. Funny how when they sell you the warranty, they tell you it covers everything.....not true!!
