I have had nothing but problems with the service department at Avondale Mazda.\n\nI received a free oil change, because of the unprofessional conduct from one of their employees (Michael McLeod), but have now learned that there is a pattern of abusive and unacceptable behavior that goes back years.\n\nIn addition, I recently learned that one of their employees purposefully changed our email address on file to: guyswallows@hotmail.com. When I called to notify them of this, I was told by the service manager (Nadia) that they wouldn't have changed our email unless we requested the change. Are you freaking kidding me?\n\nJust yesterday (her father) the owner explained to me that Michael McLeod has been employed with Avondale Mazda for 2-3 years and is the longest serving employee in that department. If our email address was changed 2-3 years ago, it's obvious that Michael McLeod is most likely the culprit. I mean, I'm not the only one who has complained about his behavior. Look at Ashley Zs comment.\n\nSince management refuses to hold these people accountable and simply sweeps it under the rug, I will never return to this dealership nor will I consider purchasing a vehicle from them."^^ .
