But it didn't apply to me as I had already been practicing at their Avenida location for over a year. Fair enough, I thought.\n\nThey have two studios, a heated one for hot yoga classes and one for Asthanga non-heated classes. I didn't get a chance to see their hot yoga room but their Asthanga studio is tiny but not cramped. It didn't have mirrors which at first I thought would be odd but it wasn't a big deal after being five minutes in the room.\n\nTheir whole studio is just as neat as the other location. I can't quite describe it but they certainly hired a great decorator, I really love the feel of walking into a Breathe Studio, from taking my shoes off to paying at the counter, to getting dressed at the dress room. It's like the moment I step into the place I get a visual spa treatment.\n\nAllison was an amazing instructor. I hadn't realized I've been out of practice until she came by several times with her quiet lending hand, reminding me the finer points of posture. For the drop in price I got a lot out of the 90 minute class, which was a great start to my Sunday Morning. \n\nAlso I went to high school with her and hadn't gotten a chance to say hi, I hope she didn't remember me and pegged me for a snob, there wasn't any room to catch up at the end of class :'(\n\nYelp's 30 Day Challenge 25/30"^^ . .
