I should have listened to these reviews before going.\n\nHorrible wait times both appointments. The way they handle patient scheduling is terrible. They schedule a ton of people at one time, like 10:45 and they just see them as they can see them. You go in, the office is full, and then the office shrinks as the hour goes by. By the time you are done, the office is empty. WTH? Why not schedule me at 11:30 if you aren't going to see me until 11:30?? \n\nAs for the doctor, it feels like he is just phoning it in. The ASSISTANTS cleaned my ears, did pressure tests, and did a hearing test. I had hearing loss definitely. Then saw the doctor and he prescribed a garden-variety steroid for inflammation. (duh, my veterinarian could have done that.) And ordered an MRI \"to make sure there's no tumors.\" What? OK. I'm a hypochondriac anyway, so I wanted to know what was going on in my brain. But it just feels like he was taking the easy way to a diagnosis.\n\nThe steroids worked after 2 days. All better.\n\nGot the MRI and went back for follow up. Waited almost an hour to be seen. ASSISTANTS looked in my ears, did the hearing test which I passed. Saw the doctor and had to wait forever while he hung out outside the room and OPENLY discussed me with an assistant in a condescending way. (HELLO I CAN HEAR YOU!) He came in and was glad that my hearing was back. It was like \"OK the meds worked, so, come back if it happens again.\" That's it. AND GAVE NO DIAGNOSIS FOR WHY IT HAPPENED! He didn't bother to share my MRI results with me either! I was so frustrated I figured well, if there were bad news, he would have said so, and I just wanted to get out of there.\n\nWell, my hearing loss is starting to come back, and I am definitely NOT going back there. Office procedures stink, ZERO bedside manner."^^ . . . "2015-06-03T00:00:00"^^ .
