I left at 9:15. It should not take this long to wash a car. I asked for the manager. He was nice but told me he is doing the best with what he had to work with. I was not the only one who asked for a manager. Guy ahead of me was also upset at the time it took. Manager told me it should never take more than 30 mins so something was off. \nCashier lady grabbed my receipt and told me it was 8:14 and I had not been here an hour. She said it takes longer depending on your wash package. I don't think it should take an hour and a basic foundation of customer service is not to start by arguing with your customers. In fact it was more than an hour since you now pay inside after the wash. My car sat for almost 40 mins before anyone to touched it. \n\nYou should staff your business so people get in and out. If you don't value my time on my day off, I won't be back. I will now drive right by this place to get to the wash on windmill and rainbow. And you should focus on great car washes in a 30 min window and not oil changes or fixing my window which does not need to be fixed."^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ .
