As I work in entertainment, I wanted to find a new, more intimate service for me and my clients. \n\nI only wanted a refill, and when I showed up, the esthetician refused to give me a refill (or half set). She said I needed to get the full set at 150$. I explained that I would be happy with a half set, as I did not bring my bank cards, and all i had was about 160$ in cash. \n\nShe did not make an effort to find a solution, nor was she very nice about it. \n\nI left definitely feeling like they don't need my business. I am disappointed, as I wasted alot of time and energy getting to the appointment and back, but mostly, surprised by such poor customer service. \n\nThat being said, I will not be recommending to others and will be sure to go elsewhere where my business is appreciated."^^ . .
