There isn't an option to add an additional pick up person name online so I called to ask them to add my husbands name. They advised it can only be done at time of order and I should have done it then. I reminded that it's not an option and they said oh you are right, we still can't do it. I asked to speak to a manager at the store and the rep hung up on me. I called again and the next rep was extremely rude and refused to transfer me. I am only giving 2 stars because I like the furniture but we won't be buying anything else from them for the remainder of furniture we need. The response of we don't allow others to pick up is not acceptable given the nature of the business and they are behind all other furniture stores with this \"undisclosed policy\". I've order from 3 other companies and all have allowed me to designate my husband to pick up. \n\nAdditional edits: I'm lowering the score from 2 to 1 now. After receiving the last little bit of furniture we were waiting on, I really only like 1 or 2 of the pieces and the others while ideally would be great, they are crap. 3 of the items I ordered were broken, and one of them there is nothing I can do about it because we didn't assemble it immediately (waiting for carpet install in the room it was going into, so left it in box so it wouldn't get damaged, funny right?) so we were past the 5 day return/exchange period. Of course I had to deal with the call center customer service again and that was an awful experience all over again. The only good thing I can say about this company at all is the Gilbert location customer service is pretty great. They still have to follow some awful company policies but they are definitely more customer service oriented. I wish I got the name of the gentleman in the warehouse for pick up/drop off, he was exceptional and seems like he will go out of his way for customers."^^ . . "7"^^ . "1"^^ .
