When I called customer service they said I did not receive the email due to a hiccup In their system. And refuses to credit the $55 they took from  my account. After 20 minutes of arguing they credited $10 to my next bill.. not my bank account. So my account is still in the hole thanks to century link. \n\nDO NOT USE CENTRUY LINK.
