"1"^^ . "Horrific service, and not as advertised. Wasted over an hour waiting for staff to get back to me regarding a reservation change I was hoping to make. They forgot about me I had to walk back up and then was told to sit down and was given a card to call the manager tomorrow. Honestly the worst service I've received from a hotel. Luckily I was able to call my credit card company and have them cancel my reservation and book me in bellagio instead.
