Lynn does a fabulous job on nails and her dad gives the best pedicures I have ever had (he really takes his time, does lovely nail art and has gotten rid of my heel callus...no easy task). I loyally went every three weeks for a pedicure and pink-and-white nail set until I had a horrendous experience. \n\nI had an appointment with Lynn to get a new set but she was busy and her husband did my nails instead. He was very rushed and instead of soaking my nails, he used an acrylic tip to pop them off. I was almost in tears because I was in so much pain and he told me it was my fault for being too tense. Three sections of nail wouldn't come off by \"popping\" and hurt so much that I asked him to stop. I asked if the nail had come up (that's what it felt like) and he told me no and hurriedly put acrylic right over. A week later I started to experience intense pressure and pain in the three nails that were so painful during the manicure. I went elsewhere and had them taken off. Sure enough, he had pulled up entire sections of my nails, leaving the nail bed exposed. Instead of cleaning the areas or disinfecting them, he put acrylic right over the raw nail bed! I lost large portions of those three nails and had to deal with pain and infection. It's been two months since I had all the nails removed and my nails still aren't back to normal. \n\nI will never go back to Pro Nails by Lynn, which is unfortunate because some of the staff is really fantastic. Lynn's husband gave me such a bad experience, I'm not sure I could stand to be in the same salon who practices cosmetology in such a dangerous and dishonest way. Steer clear!"^^ . "0"^^ . .
