"I took Dailey Method classes while visiting Phoenix recently and I was very pleased with the variation, instruction and intensity of the workouts...I was still feeling it in my tush 3 days later! I really enjoyed Bethany as an instructor because she pushes her students hard, is very good about correcting form and has a lot of energy. \n\nI also got to take a class with Dawn, who is the owner, as well as another very knowledgeable instructor, with even more experience. She had very thoughtful cues with a great taste in music. During both classes, I really liked how we followed the same format, but seemed to do a completely different work out. We did everything from planks, to arm work using free weights for toning, to High C curves and Low C curves (one of many ways they target abdominals), to intense thigh work, great seat work (apparently they don't say butt), and also incorporated stretching my tight muscles. There was a lot going on in that 60 minute class... perfect for someone with a limited attention span like me! They hit every muscle group and I definitely felt it during class and the next day. Bethany assured me that you build your knowledge each class, so it seems each work out is a more intense work out because you get a deeper engagement.\n\nI really like that with both instructors I got very intense workouts but different moves and holds.
