I didn't know how to redeem my marcus points on the computer and they helped me out. I had to have a refund for a movie and they where helpful. A person took my seat one time and that person didn't want to move so they made sure I was able to sit in my seat and gave me free popcorn for the trouble. The theater is clean and I love the seats.
