"Called them because I was interested in using them for a few different concerns, but receptionist sounded miserable and unfriendly from the moment she answered the phone. I asked if they offered carboxytherapy and she said \"I've never heard of it\" which is a little strange since it's being featured on the news left and right as a treatment for under eye circles and stretch marks, but no problem. Then I asked if they offered micro-needling and she said \"we offer rejuvapen\" with no further explanation of it, so I assume it's a specific brand like dermapen but it would be helpful to get just a little detail. I then asked if they offer PRP with their rejuvapen treatments and she said \"uhhh I'll send you to the cosmetic person\" and put me into a phone which, at this point, I should've guessed no one would answer. And no one did. Also, shouldn't she be able to answer a yes or no question on the services they offer without having to transfer me? Either way, really terrible customer service and phone skills.
