It's funny, each time I call and select to speak to someone on their automated attendant, it always states that I am caller number 2 and I have an 8 minute wait time. You have the option to leave a voicemail to receive a call back...but funny, no one ever called me back. \n\nThere was an option to leave a message for the executive team at Park Ave. The message states \"Our #1 priority at Park Ave is customer service, your concerns are important to us. Please leave a message and a member of our executive team will call back within 24 hours\". I left a message 3 weeks ago and never got a call back. \n\nThe latest fun with Park Ave has been them scheduling vendors to come out for maintenance appointments without our knowledge. There is nothing like being at work and receiving a call that a vendor is sitting outside your door waiting for an appointment that you had no idea was scheduled. Of course, Robert in maintenance at Park Ave blames the vendors because Park Ave has a strict policy of taking responsibility (or apologizing) for anything."^^ . "1"^^ . "1"^^ . "34"^^ . . . .
