I was recommended to go here by Chapman BMW and I like to think I'm pretty good at sizing people up when I meet them. This was no exception.\n\nAndrew, the owner of the shop, treated me like I was an absolute moron and tried his damndest to upsell me with things I know I don't need or want. I've been a car enthusiast for a long time, and I can do most of this work myself except I don't have the tools or space. I know that a BMW auto tranny should not be flushed with pressure if it is high mileage, and I told him I don't want the service. He continued to argue with me and tell me he knows better. I'm sure he does quite well selling un-necessary service to your average luxury car owner, but I know better. \n\nArrogance only gets you so far in life.
