If food isn't ready for a customer then they need to have that customer pull forward to a reserved parking spot to wait. I was greeted at first Window with an apology from the young man. There are several cars behind me and upset at the wait as well. I Proceeded to the second window for my item and not one ounce of mediocre customer service from the young female employee. She asked, \"one large strawberry shake for you?\" ..I said,\" Yes, thank you\" and she turned to shut window with no response of your welcome or have a good night from her.
