"So disappointed. I scheduled my appt for 12, since I was told that was when the salon opens. Imagine my surprise when I showed up and the place was packed. I was told that there were people that had been there for hours. Melanie did my color and a first time curly cut. I told her that my last experience was terrible at a salon where the stylist double/triple booked himself and I felt as though I was ignored... and all of a sudden that was the exact experience I had! My color took 4 hours... and then she put me under a dryer... after the dryer shut off and I was sitting there checking my watch, again, she came over and said, oh, you need more time under the dryer. I told her that I had been there for over 4 hours and I needed to pick my kids up. I was told the appt would take 3... so I had planned on a little over that... but this was crazy. She spent 5 minutes cutting my hair, tops. My hair looked terrible when I left. She also told me she was giving me a break on the color since it took so long, but my bill was $180.
