My boyfriend gave us gift cards last year for Christmas so that we could get a pedicure together, and made sure to include enough for tips. First of all, if you ever get a pedicure here, make sure that they don't give you Connie. She was very nice, but she cut my big toenails DOWN THE SIDES, which I have always heard is a big no-no. She also told me that you shouldn't cut your toenails straight across, but cut them in a curved shape.....again, that goes against everything that I have ever been told. When she was using what I would call a foot file, she not only used it on my heels and balls of my feet, but dragged it across my insteps repeatedly (for why?), which was pretty painful. Overall, it was not as pleasant an experience as the first time.\n\nLet me tell you, my feet were in pain for at least two days afterwards! And as my big toenails were growing back in - the way they are supposed to grow, the skin on the sides of my toes was peeling like crazy.\n\nI also think we were overcharged. On their price board, it said that pedicures were $35, but we were charged $38 and some change. Since we had gift cards, and were just wanting to get the heck out of there, we didn't say anything. I would love to get another pedicure, but it certainly won't be at Total Eclips again!"^^ . .
