. "I'm updating my previous post from 2016. I'm not sure what happened but there's only one original woman from before. The staff has turned over and is incompetent, to say the least. They don't tell you that the warranty on the frames is only for one issue only, so if your frames are not good quality and break twice in a calendar year, you're out of luck. I had an extended warranty on my lenses and the first ones came in the wrong size, and they forgot to reorder them again, even after I called and even came in twice. While I was in getting my daughter new glasses, I asked and they told me about the error and that I now get to go to Rainbow and 215 to have new lenses cut. I waited until I met with the doctor prior to updating this review to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but the feedback was met with halfhearted interest. This place went from a vision center I gladly referred to and had my whole family visit, to one I'm now pulling our charts from to find a new optometrist. \n\nSo thrilled with my experience here. From start to finish, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was pleasant and took time with me and the ladies who help with picking out glasses were so nice and helpful and patient.
