She started off with sparkles. Thought it would look different dry so I let her proceed. Before putting on the acrylic she never even filed my nail! Literally just clipped the tip of the nail off and started putting acrylic on them. They started off rough and jagged. Then she applied a million coats of this acrylic started to file it down and realized it wasn't dry then out more acrylic on it and then she messed up the design of the ombr\u00E9 she made a face like \"dang I totally messed up again\" but didn't fix it!! Finally she finished and they were already closed and the owners had somewhere to go that night so I didn't bother with making her re do them that night. Basically I left with AWFUL nails. Truly terrible. So thick, it was hurting me how thick they were. Wrong color, awful shape they were all crooked. I was seriously upset to look at them. I called in the next to complain about what happened and they told me to come in the next day. WHAT??! No. I told them to just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere that will fix them for me TODAY. Then he said okay come in today and he'll fix them. I finally just wanted normal nails just plain black tips. So that was only 22$ I had to ask him for my 38$ back because you just walked in the back after finishing my nails! And he gave me a store credit which I will NEVER use. He got mad at me, and said it was my fault they were wrong because I didn't speak up. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER Service.
