Closest frame of reference is if you've ever been to a Goodwill Outlet.\n\nClothes and housewares are all in giant bins, you dig through them, and purchase items by the pound.\n\nElectronics and furniture are all set prices (there are signs posted-- for example, all lamps $3). Nothing is guaranteed.\n\nMy understanding is they sell the castaways from all the other thrift stores. Some stuff may be damaged, some of it just didnt sell. You can still find price tags from when they tried to sell it for more elsewhere.\n\nDont be shy about getting your hands dirty. Literally. Some people wear gloves. It's not disgusting but there is a lot of \"thrift store dust\". There are often huge crowds and it's push or be pushed. Also, anything good sells QUICKLY so this is the kind of place you have to check several times a week if you want to find anything amazing. I do."^^ . "0"^^ . . .
