My core was shot and I truly feel that her classes have made my overall body strength stronger than its ever been.Every time I leave her class I feel stronger and stretched out. You get a full body workout and every class is different than the last. This is not a traditional Pilates class and Kathy is very upfront about that. The best way to describe it is a strength training/Pilates combo. I love it! The previous review from Vicki couldn't be more wrong about Kathy not communicating to her if there was a problem. If you talk to Kathy on the phone you will know she has no problem communicating :) she is always watching you, adjusting your form, and communicating with you. She truly cares about each person in her class professionally and personally. There are only 4 ppl max working out at one time. I love that because you truly get the attention you need while being trained. If you want a quite, relaxing, foo foo class this isn't for you. Kathy makes it fun and everyone training together feels like old friends. I highly recommend adding Kathy's Pilates to your training routine. Your body will thank you after your first class."^^ .
