. . "The apartment amenities have taken 4 extra months to complete each one. The lounge pool was supposed to be done late December, it opened in March. The actual pool was supposed to be done in February, it is now April and it's no where near done. A coffee shop was supposed be to done in March and they advertised it on all the apartment tv's, well it's april and nothing as usual. Beware the sales people because they will promise you dates when they have no idea of completion dates.\n\nThe apartment complex is supposed to have a security key fob system for residents to access garage doors, side doors, and amenities after business hours. Well this system has been down for the past 3 weeks. The garage door is open everyday and night (no security), the amenities are locked after 6:00 P.M. All night when residents are supposed to have 24 hour access, and the key fobs work to open the side doors during business hours, but after they just stop worker. What is the point of them if they don't work. The staff has made no attempt to address this issue to even make a simple fix by leave the doors unlocked or simply propping open the amenity doors for the residents. Instead they give the residents attitude when we complain that we can't get into any doors after 6:00 P.M. Saying its to bad and you just have to wait. Well it's been two weeks and the staff has shown no intentions on fixing this issue... So if you like having the amenities you pay for shut down after 6:00 P.M. move right in.\n\nThe staff has also sent emails putting hours of the lounge and pool because of damages furniture. The complex has security camera's installed in the amenities. Why punish the entire complex for the actions of a few does not make sense to me. The people that pay for the amenities and use them with respect should be able to use them whenever we want. Use the security tape to find the people damaging the property and let the rest of the complex use the lounges at all hours. For all we know with the garage open all night and constant teenage skate visitors that don't live here, they are probably the ones trashing the lounges. I see them every other night doing grinds on the fountain out front, screaming in the grill area, and throwing trash in the halls.\n\n75% of the staff here is nice and friendly, however the other majority enjoy the power hype and talk down to residents. They seem to care more about causing a hard time for the people who live here than fixing the security system and gate to prevent people who don't live here from entering without permission after hours. \n\nThe apartments are nice, compared to the other annoying issues. The wood flooring is somewhat cheap and the sinks are incredibly tiny, but there is a surprising amount of storage in the apartments. However, $1200 at month without utilities for a 650 sqft apartment is not worth $1200 a month with all the technical issues and problems the entire complex seems to have...\n\nIt seems to be run by inexperienced and unprofessional staff. If the staff were better and more responsible with being on task with the construction or repair schedule, this would be an amazing place to live. However... All of these reasons prevent it to being nearly as nice at the sales people pitch it to be.\n\nEDIT: It's the end of May and I lived here more than 7 months. The pool is still no where close to being completed, what a joke.\n\nEDIT 2: The entire complex is now infested with crickets. This is nothing but an overpriced and cheap quality apartment just like all the other new small and overpriced apartments being built and ruining the market in tempe. Do not move here."^^ . "2"^^ .
