"*Updated* Since the Manager chose to depute that George did not test all of the outlets, and I have no way of showing a printout of my phone conversation with George, I have chosen to upload a screenshot of my home inspection where is states that he only checked a representative number of outlets. \n\n\n\n****Update after 1 month****\nOnce we moved into the house we found two outlets that were not working. When I called the main number, they told me that they could not answer my questions, but told me to speak to George, our inspector, directly. I called George and he picked up right away. He told me that he only tests some of the outlets, even though it was a vacant house and all outlets were exposed. He said that he wasn't sure if it was covered and that I should go look on the website and see if I could find any information. Downgraded 2 stars. \n\n\n4/5 \n\nPros: \nGeorge arrived on time. \nHe was willing to talk me through EVERYTHING on the inspection report because there were more than a few things I didn't understand. \nGave pretty good information about what was a \"big deal\" and what was not. \nI like that they will send me updates of recalls on my appliances. \n\n\nCons: \nThis inspection was not as thorough as other inspections I have gotten.
