I was extremely happy with them in the beginning eventually purchased a 30 day pkg for as many washes I needed. I tip the towel dryers fairly well, $5/$8 as they do a good job and rely on tips mostly. Unfortunately the last few times I've gone I've ended up driving out to finish the job myself. Since, I've been disappointed. For the price of a carwash I expect it to be completely dry as best possible especially since I tip well.
