They move their location to Washington & Silverstream which is kind of sketchy and in a office building. I even had the pleasure on meeting the owner and his wife on two different occasions who were very kind-hearted people. Anyway I still bought their hair regardless of the location or prices. The prices are unreasonable due to the fact their staff are not knowledgeable about the hair product whatsoever and they just throw it at you like your suppose to buy it and be okay with any bundle whether it's a bad batch or not. The customer service is extremely terrible I don't know what happened to the old staff but they were extremely kind, knowledgeable and cared about their customer needs. Anyway so today I arrived at her imports around 6:40pm ready to purchase my hair, when I got to the back I explain I had a bundle on hold for me about week ago because I didn't want to finance and I wanted to pay upfront. I told them I talked to a lady which I am assuming it was Dorothy at the time of the phone call she didn't disclose her name. So when I explain this to her as well as Thomas (who supposedly is the \"general manager\") they told me I was incorrect. I told them if I knew that I wouldn't had bother wasting my time coming up there to purchase the hair. Its inconsiderate and false advertisement. Thomas became very rude and nasty stating \" we get people trying to get over on us all the time\" he started looking at his watch like I was wasting his time and asked \"Was I going to buy the hair or not\". I asked if he spoke to all his customers like that and if I could speak to a manager. He stated \"he was the manager and there was no one higher than him but the owner of the entire company who would be hard to reach because he only seen him a total of one time\". He then kept asking me if I was buying the hair or not or I need to leave. He stood up showing me he had a gun on his waist and pretty much trying to intimidate me. At this point enough was enough I asked his name and he gave me his first name and I asked could I get his last he said I would be lucky to even get that and he wasn't giving it to me at all. He then walked out the room and left me with Dorothy who was robotic, clueless and sided with him and pretty stating the same thing if I was going to buy the hair or not. She barely showed me the product but just threw it in the box. Thomas and Dorothy gave me a 10% discount which I am thankful but their customer skills needs a whole lot of training.
