She is 80 years old and English is her second language. We have used this company in the past and never had any issues. They came out and quoted $700 to repair the backflow. They then charged her$135 estimate fee. They had never charged an estimate fee before when my husband and I were with her.we contacted another plumber and they repaired the backflow for $147. We contacted Valleywide asking for a refund of the estimate fee as we felt they had taken advantageof an elderly woman. We made several calls and they have yet to call us back.
