. . "Horrendous service. \n\nCame here with my grandparents, who are old and feeble. As we were paying, I ran to grab something and came back to see my elderly grandparents bagging the heavy grocery items by themselves. I looked around, and every other cashier was bagging their customers paid items neatly and promptly. Only this one cashier decided to let my grandparents bag their own things, because they didn't know any better. \n\nCame here a second time with my mom. This incident happened again. I look young, and was wrapped up in a scarf. Another cashier thought I didn't know better, and elbowed my things to the side lane while I was paying, threw bags at me, and hurried to bag the items of the customer behind me. Again, all the other cashiers were consistently bagging items. \nI begin to suspect this is an occurring theme for this store, to bully the weak. \n\nWhen I questioned her, she proceeded to hurl verbal insults at me. Her colleague came to intervene, but sent her away without further action after her discriminatory insults, which was very unprofessional. \nI mentioned that her actions were unprofessional, to which she answered, \"yes, we are unprofessional.\" \nAnd refused to let me see a manager. \n\nIn the end, I called the supermarket hotline, was then connected to a manager, who then confirmed, \"all employees are obligated to bag items.\""^^ .
